10-23-04: Well it has been a little over a month since I put this site up, so I guess maybe I should update it. I'm gonna put new pics up, so check those out. I finally bought a new digital camera! Since the last update, I have been really busy at work and just hanging out. Went to a few Grand Valley football games, had two barn parties of line dancing out at Amber's, took a road trip to Alex's hometown of Mayville and just hungout around GR. Last weekend was our road trip to Mayville which was nice and relaxing. Alex's parents are great and a lot of fun. They took great care of us! We took Amber snipe hunting, which was hilarious. For those of you that don't know what snipe hunting is, it is a practical joke you play on someone in the woods. Research it if you must need to know more. Besides that, just hungout around the Patterson household and went to Frankenmuth. This weekend was round #2 of line dancing at Amber's parents house. In the past few weeks, I have become to enjoy line dancing. It is a lot of fun. After the line dance Alex, Nicholas and I went to Mulligans for Jason's bday party. Saturday evening, Alex and I went over to Nicholas' to chill and watch some movies. Everyone should go rent the movie Supersize Me. Very interesting! After a few movies we went to Alex's for a bon fire, where Amber met up with us. We just sat around and enjoyed each others company. I must say, I love all my friends and without them I would not be me. Another lazy Sunday around the house before another crazy work week begins. We might carve some pumpkins today :)
Catch ya on the flip.... love ya'll!

9-28-04: Ok since I don't have homework to do anymore, I've decided to make a new website in my spare time. So what has been going on in my life... lets see. Summer came and went, and was a great time. Spent a lot of time chillin with the friends here in GR. I love you guys! I went on a vacation with the girl to Florida over the 4th of July, which was a blast. Played softball all summer and ended up league champs, but came runners-up in the tourney. Good times with the "MudSharks" team! The weather this summer wasn't the greatest, so there was a lack of time spent at the beach. I continued to worked part-time at Century A&E while searching for my first full-time career job. Lets just say that looking for a career, is not fun at all and a little scary to step out into the real world. Had a few interviews here and there, and accepted a position at the beginning of August. I am working for Creative Benefit Systems, Inc. as a Benefit Analyst. I think that is my title, but not quite sure. So, what do I do there? I work for an agent that sells health insurance to small companies and also individuals, so my job is to request insurance quotes from different health insurance carriers and create a presentation that compares the different plans. I've worked there for a little over a month, sounds boring, but I am enjoying it so far. That is what I do in a nut-shell. It's kinda hard to explain completely, but ask me about it sometime. Besides all that just hungout and had fun. Now everyone has gone back to school and I go off to the office everyday. It's kinda weird to not have classes or homework. I miss the social aspect of classes and school, but definitely not the homework and exams!
Well that's all I have for now... I will update this site often :)
